Based on Alfresco, a Free Software for Enterprise Content Management platform, the system allows the storage, classification, cataloging and segmentation of digital files and their editing. It also allows complex searches, either by tags and categories, or by file content. Allows online editing of documents (Google docs) or offline with the most common office applications: Openoffice, Libreoffice, Microsoft Office. It also has file versioning and change management. The original platform was adapted to the client’s requirements: base platform configuration, web responsive design and extra functionalities.
